NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the FOSSIL RIDGE METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NO. 1, of the County of Jefferson, City of Lakewood, State of Colorado, will hold a special meeting beginning at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, July 17, 2026. The meeting will be held virtually by zoom and at the Retreat: 15250 W Evans Ave, Lakewood CO 80228.

Special Meeting Agenda
- Call to Order and Roll Call, Disclosure of any Conflicts
- Executive Session to receive advice of legal counsel regarding 1) the current contracts with USA Pools of Colorado and its nonperformance of its contractual obligations, and 2) contract with Perfect Pools for the rest of the 2026 pool operating season pursuant to Section 24-6-402(4)(b) of the Colorado Revised Statutes.
- Possible termination of contract with USA Pools of Colorado.
- Possible approval of contract with Perfect Pools for the rest of the 2026 pool operating season.
- Adjournment
Fossil Ridge Metropolitan District Nos. 2-3 Directors may attend this meeting and create a quorum for their respective Districts; however, Fossil Ridge Metropolitan Districts Nos. 2-3 will not have any agenda topics and will not take any action.
