NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the FOSSIL RIDGE METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NO. 1, of the County of Jefferson, City of Lakewood, State of Colorado, will hold a special meeting beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 1, 2026. • Consideration and possible approval of cease and desist and demand for payment letter  to USA Pools of Colorado.

One or more members of the Boards of Directors of Fossil Ridge Metropolitan District Nos. 2 and/or 3 may attend this meeting and it is possible that a quorum of the Board for either or both Districts could be present, and contribute to the discussion; however, they will not take formal action on any matter, including the agenda item set forth above. r
