NOTICE OF MEETING TO CONSIDER INCREASE IN RATES

FOSSIL RIDGE METROPOLITAN DISTRICTS Nos. 1-3

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the customers of the Fossil Ridge Metropolitan Districts Nos. 1-3 (“Districts”) and all other interested persons that the Board of Directors of the Districts shall consider increasing the District’s service rates and other charges effective January 1, 2026 at an open public meeting to be held at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, December 8, 2025. The meeting will be held virtually and in-person at The Retreat, 15250 W Evans Ave, Lakewood, Colorado.
