FRMD 2027 Draft Budget

The 2027 Fossil Ridge Metropolitan Districts Nos. 1-3 Draft Budgets are available for the community to view. If you wish to obtain an electronic copy, please email the District Manager, Mat Birkeness, at mbirkeness@crsofcolorado.com. Please include your name, address and Fossil Ridge District in the body of the email to receive a copy. Please note the draft budgets are subject to change. The board is hosting their next meeting on December 9, 2026 at the Retreat to vote on the final budgets. Community members are welcome to attend the meeting.
