NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the FOSSIL RIDGE METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NO. 1, of the County of Jefferson, City of Lakewood, State of Colorado, will hold a special meeting beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. One or more members of the Boards of Directors of Fossil Ridge Metropolitan District Nos. 2 and/or 3 may attend this meeting and it is possible that a quorum of the Board for either or both Districts could be present, and contribute to the discussion; however, they will not take formal action on any matter, including the agenda item set forth above.
