May 2027 Board Elections

A message from one of our current Fossil Ridge Metro District (FRMD) Directors:

My name is Al Plumhoff. By the time my term ends in 2027 I will have been on the FRMD Board of District 2 for 7 years. And I will have served as Finance Committee Chair, and member of the Engagement Committee, and Solterra-Connect web administrator.

IT’S YOUR TURN.

Our community is exceptional. It’s a great place to live. But it doesn’t run on auto pilot. Members of our community must actively participate to keep what we have. Otherwise, Solterra’s greatness will fade, and with it our amenities and our property values.

The FRMD Boards of Directors and Committees have worked diligently to build a foundation for the future of Solterra. That includes drastically simplifying what is needed to maintain our community’s greatness. The complex litigation with our developer is settled and behind us. We are on a clear path to consolidate our 3 Districts into one which will result in a significant reduction in the Board’s oversite needs.

IT’S YOUR TURN.

Current Board and Committee members, like me, have invested significant time into getting Solterra to this point, but after 7+ years it’s time for some of us to pass Solterra’s future on to others to ensure Solterra’s greatness is maintained.
