Solterra Safety and Damage Concerns with E-bikes

Attention Solterra Residents,

Due to repeated safety incidents, near collisions, and documented property damage involving electric bikes, this notice serves as a formal reminder of community rules and expectations.

The operation of electric bikes must be conducted in a safe and controlled manner at all times. Riding is permitted on designated walkways only. The use of electric bikes on landscaped areas, open spaces, or any non-designated surfaces is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.

Any individual observed operating an electric bike in an unsafe manner or in violation of these rules should be reported immediately to the Lakewood Police Department (non-emergency) at 303-980-7300.

To help maintain a safe environment and protect community property, we ask that all residents comply with these guidelines.
