Mill Levies for 2026

Excerpts from the Fossil Ridge Metropolitan District No. 2 Resolution to Adopt 2026 Budget regarding mill levies for 2026:

1. That for the purpose of meeting all general operating expenses of the District during the 2026 budget year, there is hereby levied a property tax, inclusive of the mill levy for refunds and abatements, of 6.500 mills upon each dollar of the total valuation for assessment of all taxable property within the District to raise $209,358.
2. That for the purpose of meeting all debt service expenses of the District during the 2026 budget year, there is hereby levied property tax of 31.000 mills upon each dollar of the total valuation for assessment of all taxable property within the District to raise $998,474.

Excerpts from the Fossil Ridge Metropolitan District No. 3 Resolution To Adopt 2026 Budget regarding mill levies for 2026:

1. That for the purpose of meeting all general operating expenses of the District during the 2026 budget year, there is hereby levied a property tax, inclusive of the mill levy for refunds and abatements, of 6.500 mills upon each dollar of the total valuation for assessment of all taxable property within the District to raise $351,697.
2. That for the purpose of meeting all debt service expenses of the District during the 2026 budget year, there is hereby levied a property tax of 31.000 mills upon each dollar of the total valuation for assessment of all taxable property within the District to raise $1,677,326.
