Overview

The Solterra Home Owners Association ("HOA") is a Colorado nonprofit corporation formed on January 10, 2008 to serve the residents of Solterra. The Solterra HOA is responsible for administrative and financial management, maintaining directors and officers and general liability insurance, and community relations such as covenant control and enforcement, and ancillary services such as trash collection through a selected service contractor. The Board of Directors is made up of five (5) members, all of which are residents.
