The Retreat at Solterra is a stunning venue for private parties — weddings, anniversary parties, birthday parties, quinceañeras, baby showers, and more.
To reserve or rent the Retreat it is necessary to sign a rental contract with the Retreat staff member. Contact the Retreat at 303-980-5450 to set an appointment or to make any inquiries about the pricing and/or availability.
If the Retreat is rented for an event, the facility and patio will be closed for anyone who is not a guest of the rental event. The pool, however, will remain open during normal operating hours if the Retreat is rented. Please be respectful of their time. If you are unsure if the event is occurring, you may call the office at 303-980-5450.
If you are interested in hosting a community event utilizing the office hours Wednesday evenings only, please complete the Activity/Group Application Form and email it to communitymgr@crsofcolorado.com. This form will be reviewed by the community managers for accuracy before it is presented to the board for final approval.
Pool hours are 10am-8pm daily, and holidays might affect operating hours.
There will be safety checks every 2 hours for 15 minutes and no one is allowed in the pool during this time.
According to federal law, adult swim is not allowed during operational hours, because it violates the Federal Housing Act (FHA), as it discriminates against families and children.
No pool occupancy is allowed without lifeguards. No one is allowed at the pool outside of operating hours.
Residents are permitted to bring 2 guests per day per household to the facility Monday through Thursday.
This form should be completed by the property owner to temporarily assign their right to use the Pool to another resident of the same property:
