Overlook Property Management has a new payment portal. If you are on Autopay through the office of Overlook Property Management, you will not need to make any changes.

Autopay is available for your annual assessment for the Solterra HOA. Autopay debits are taken out of your account on or around the 5th of the month in which the payment is due. Autopay payments returned for insufficient funds and closed accounts will incur a $25.00 service charge and autopay privileges will be revoked. All changes to autopay must be requested in writing and must be received by Overlook Property Management no later than the 25th of the month prior to your next payment due date.

Enter your account number and street address (numbers only, this is your default password) to access your account. Every owner in the community belongs to the Solterra HOA and the Fossil Ridge Metropolitan District. In addition, some lots in the community are part of the Patio HOA. Billing and payments are separate for each entity.
The Solterra HOA is an annual assessment due on January 1st of each year. This assessment includes trash removal and covenant control within your community. You will receive only one bill each year from the Solterra HOA.
The Fossil Ridge Metro District has a quarterly district fee due at the beginning of each quarter (Jan 1, April 1, July 1 and Oct 1). The quarterly district fee is used for your community amenities such as the pool, the Retreat, community flower gardens, community events, lighting, landscaping, etc. Maintenance fees are also included in some quarterly assessments where agreements provide residents in certain areas with unique services. The Fossil Ridge Metro District quarterly bills include sewer charges on your individual lot.
The Solterra Patio HOA bills monthly. The monthly fees are used for lawn maintenance, snow removal and HOA administration.
Please note that the Solterra HOA, Fossil Ridge Metropolitan District and Solterra Patio HOA billings are separate. When making payments be sure to make your checks payable and mail them to the proper entity that you wish to pay.
