Overview

The Solterra Patio Homeowners Association is a subdivision of the larger Solterra Homeowners Association that represents 147 patio homes situated on both sides of South Indiana Street. Homes located northeast of the Indian traffic circle are commonly referred to as Remington 900s, while those southwest of the traffic circle as the Remington 600s. This naming convention is a reference to the original builder, Remington Homes, and the distinct model numbers for these two similar yet different groups of homes.

In addition to the amenities offered by Solterra, the Patio HOA provides supplementary services to its residents. Comprehensive landscaping services are provided, including mowing, fertilization, herbicide application, and landscape plant pruning. Snow removal services are also provided for community sidewalks and individual home snow removal from driveways, house fronts, and front patios. These services are provided when snowfall accumulates to an average depth of 2 inches, depending on the season.

The HOA is managed by Advanced HOA.
