Overview

The Cadence Townhome HOA is a subdivision of the larger Solterra Homeowners Association that will represent the 117 townhome units located within filings 18, 19, 20 and 21 at full build out. Cadence is a reference to the builder’s townhome product name. In addition to the amenities offered by Solterra, the Cadence Townhome HOA provides additional services to its residents to include on-lot landscaping services including mowing, fertilization, irrigation system maintenance, and plant material care and pruning. Snow removal services are also provided for on-lot lead walks, community sidewalks, and alley way snow removal. Sidewalk snow removal is provided post snow event when snowfall accumulation reaches 2 inches. Alleyway snow removal is provided post snow event when snowfall accumulation reaches 4 inches. The Cadence Townhome HOA is not responsible for exterior building maintenance services such as roof repairs or re-painting. 

The HOA is managed by MSI, LLC.
